Student Services

We are the friendly language school and our students are very important to us. A member of staff will be available to answer any questions, whenever the school is open, from the moment you first contact us. We regularly ask you for feedback to make sure you are happy with your course, your classmates, your homestay and your general experience in Cardiff.

We often organise competitions and prizes at the school as well as our annual Student of the Year competition which is awarded based on attendance, effort and progress. Each student is assessed by the Director of Studies and the Centre Manager and the winner is announced and a prize given at the yearly Christmas Party.

In addition to our courses we also offer a range of FREE services for our students.

 

 

 

Personal Tutor

At Peartree Languages we assign a dedicated tutor for all students to give individual care and attention. If you have any questions or problems regarding changing levels, studies, home stay or you need some advice you can contact your Personal Tutor in private.

You can discuss with your personal tutor;

  • Any problem regarding classes.
  • Home stay.
  • Change of classes.
  • Change of level.
  • Any personal advice you require, strictly in confidence.

You can make an appointment with your personal tutor in advance by email. Your Personal Tutor will be assigned to you with your timetable.

 

Language exchange

Peartree Languages offers both foreign language courses and also English language courses for foreign students. Our optional language exchange involves forming language partnerships between native speakers with the aim of making new friends and contacts from the country of your target language to also improve language competency. This service is facilitated free of charge for our students and full information will be provided during the course.

 

Bring a friend get a free class

We believe that the best advertising is word of mouth. If you introduce a friend to Peartree Languages we will give you one FREE GROUP CLASS after your friend has started to say Thank You. There is no limit on the number of friends you can bring so the more friends you bring, the more group classes you get FREE!
