Our tutors are qualified professionals and ALL our English language courses are accredited by the British Council. Your course will be based on clear objectives. You can choose a part-time, full time or flexible course in general English, Cambridge Examination Preparation or I.E.L.T.S.
Additional courses and services include Private classes, Summer School Programs, F.C.E. Summer School, Pre-Sessional English (Academic English), Proof Reading and I.E.L.T.S. for native speakers.

Term times
Peartree Languages is open all year. There are no classes for two weeks in December for Christmas and New Year and for all public holidays, including Easter and Bank Holidays. Full details can be found in the student handbook. Students do not pay for any non-teaching days.
Start dates
Students can start on any Monday (with the exception of IELTS).
Summer School runs in July and August every year.
IELTS courses run from September to June (not July and August).

You can contact us at any time if you are unsure about which course to take and we will send you a level test before you arrive to place you in the correct English language class. Students must be 16 and over to join our adult program.
During your time at Peartree we will help you to progress through the levels with regular tests and a study action-plan which you can develop with your Personal Tutor. We want you to improve your English quickly and our courses are designed to ensure you learn good, fluent English in a relaxed atmosphere.
